Surat Al-A'laa ("The Most High") ("Glory To Your Lord In The Highest") is the eighty-seventh sura of the Qur'an with 19 ayat.
Surah Al A'la (The Most High)
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
- Praise the Name of your Lord, the Most High.
- He who creates and regulates.
- He who measures and guides.
- He who produces the pasture.
- And then turns it into light debris.
- We will make you read, so do not forget.
- Except what Allah wills. He knows what is declared, and what is hidden.
- We will ease you into the Easy Way.
- So remind, if reminding helps.
- The reverent will remember.
- But the wretched will avoid it.
- He who will enter the Gigantic Fire.
- Where he will neither die, nor live.
- Successful is he who purifies himself.
- And mentions the name of his Lord, and prays.
- But you prefer the present life.
- Though the Hereafter is better, and more lasting.
- This is in the former scriptures.
- The Scriptures of Abraham and Moses.
