Al Qur'an In English, Arabic & Latin - Al-Quran is the holy book in Arabic that God revealed to the Prophet Muhammad through the angel Gabriel s.a.w. The language (etymology), the Quran is derived from the Arabic Qur'an, in which the word "Qur'an" itself is the root word of قرأ - يقرأ- قرآنا. The word literally means قرآنا reading for the entire content in the Quran is the word of God's revelations in the form of an Arabic-language reading.
